我带来了我7岁的小狗首次梳理在牧场的这个宠物美容沙龙Penaquitos。女性美容师参加。我最初的印象是它看起来不是正确维护和大厅可以使用一些改进。看着梳理区域内凌乱像东西到处都是。但是因为他们提供的合理的价格,我是瞎了。不考虑读旗帜,我看到的地方。但我给它一枪。我应该听我的第一直觉告诉我关于这个地方,应该已经在其他地方像佩。我们的约会是上午11点但是我们检查我们的狗提前10分钟。美容师告诉我们2 pm-2:30pm回来。 Three and a half hours for grooming is more than enough time. We came back at exactly 2:30pm only to find out that she's not done yet with my dog. I would appreciate if she gave me a call so I can save the trip and my time since she didn't fulfill the time she quoted to us. I came back around 3:25pm. This time the dog is done but I was told to wait a bit more as she's giving another dog a shower at that time. Really? This groomer really doesn't know about time and values her customer's time. My biggest fault is because I was in a hurry when I picked up my dog from the salon I didn't thorough checked my pet as I was in a hurry and needed to pick up my kids from the school at that time but when I got home from work at night, My wife noticed something around the eye so I checked my dog only to find out that there's a small cut on the bridge of his nose right below the left eye. There's a bald spot on that area and it's a bit reddish. I was so pissed because I felt the groomer chose not to disclose it to me when I picked up the dog. I do understand that dogs tend to move a lot and there's a possibility that groomer might cut the skin accidentally. But it's another thing when the groomer had an accident and chose not to disclose it to the dog owner. Had she told me that she accidentally cut the skin, I would be able to understand it and at my end I can do something about it to avoid exposing the dog from any infection. So I called her up the next day and spoke to her over the phone about the issue. She was apologetic and said she didn't realize that she accidentally cut the skin. How could she not? Dogs will REACT if it something hurts them and how could she not see the bleeding? So I asked her if I could speak to her manager and she gave the phone to the manager/owner of the pet salon, her name is Adrienne. I was going to tell the manager about the issue and what they need to work on. But I was just in the beginning of my talk to her to discuss the situation and right off the bat, the manager talked back to me to defend her groomer and I couldn't get a word out. t was stunned by the lack of customer service by this salon owner. So I asked her to listen up first to tell my issue as I am the one complaining but she keeps on talking about things like" that happen sometimes and it's unfortunate that it happened to your dog." Seriously??????? It came across to me as if she's saying to me to just "Shut up, I don't want to listen to your complain. Accident happens and suck it up." Not only I am upset and so disappointed with the service, the way the owner of this salon handled the complaint made the situation ever worse. It was so disappointing. Owner should listened first and should have allowed the unsatisfied customer to discuss what the issue is all about instead of her talking all the time. When I finally had the chance to discuss my issue and told her what her business needs to work on, she probably realized something and was nice enough to offer me for a free groom next time I visit and a reimbursement if I need to take my dog to the vet. The offer is nice but the experience is not. I just can't see myself taking my dog to that place ever again. Lesson learned.
